Online Consultation
This is an ideal option for clients who are unable to come into the clinic. Online we are still able to chat about your condition via Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Google chat. or discuss the urgency of a condition. Through this option I can provide reassurance or discuss the potential urgency of your situation/condition.
Treatments
Ear Nose Throat
We treat all ENT conditions and perform common surgeries such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, grommet insertion, eardrum repair (Myringoplasty) and ear canal surgery for exostosis (surfers’ ears). We specialise in Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS), Endoscopic Dacrocystorhinostomy (for watery eyes), Balloon dilation for eustachian tube, and painless Tonsil Surgery.
Head & Neck Lumps And Lesions
We treat common lumps and skin lesions/cancers of the head and neck area. Neck lumps are often assessed with a fibreoptic endoscopy and an ultrasound scan. We collaborate with ultrasound specialists to provide one-stop-shop service. Patients can quickly have a diagnosis and surgery can be arranged.
Voice Disorders
We work with speech therapists to treat common voice disorders. People with vocal cord palsy from any cause can have their voice restored with injections or implants. We routinely screen for throat cancers in people with an unexplained voice change or a neck lump.
Facial Plastics
We commonly perform aesthetic and functional surgery of the nose and ear. We specialise in corrective surgery of scars of the head and neck region. We use Botox and fillers for aesthetics and a range of conditions including twitching facial muscles, excessive salivation and facial sweating.
Snoring And Sleep Disorders
We work with a team of sleep and snoring specialists to provide a high-quality service for children and adults who snore. In adults we specialise in Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE) to identify the exact part of the body, which causes the snoring noise. We then tailor treatment individually to ensure a high rate of success and satisfaction for our patients and their partners.
Thyroid & Parathyroid Surgery
We team up with ultrasound specialists to provide a one-stop-shop service for the assessment of thyroid lumps. We perform conventional thyroid surgery and specialise in endoscopic thyroid surgery (TOETVA), which leaves no scars on your skin. We offer conventional parathyroid surgery and specialise in minimal access parathyroid surgery, which is quicker and leaves a smaller scar.
